A wonderful family in the ward invited our family over to dinner! I had a terrible migraine, so I missed out, but the kids and Lyndon had an awesome time playing with their boys, cuddling their baby girl, and enjoying an amazing chicken dinner. They were even kind enough to send a plate home for me!

Goal: NOT to drink my calories! There are WAY too many yummy things to EAT that use up my calorie count to be drinking them away. Water - we have a love/hate relationship, but I need you. So, like it or not - you're my new best friend!

Lyndon is so lucky to have friends who spoil him on his 33rd birthday! He loves sushi, and being treated to an all you can eat place is even better. Thanks, Rob! (and yay for camera phones that are handy when being surprised with lunch!)
